Managers are also expected to predict the upcoming trends, technology and other factors. So having a strategic and critical thinking brain is a vital skill as a manager for these times and future.

Creativity and Innovation

The next on the list of Leadership and Management Skills is Creativity and Innovation. These are skills that are majorly expected from new potential managers. 

New potential managers are expected to bring in their new and latest ideas into the organisation. Whereas for the Innovation part, every manager is expected to be innovative.
